This is what was reported to me while using update manager [listed above
in Summary] I do not know enough to add to that information but would be
greatful for a fix.

The apt-get clean followed by update then -f worked and cleared the old
cache, thx for the help Jean

I have been having trouble with intermittent KVM freeze issues. I think
it has something to do with my system being a 2001 OEM build. I'm in
dual boot with two Hdd's with Ubuntu on it's own drive, I'm not sure if
this is part of the problem or not. I never had this trouble with 8.10
or 9.04 but
