It was already the case with the bĂȘtas releases of Lucid Lynx, but I see a lot
of errors in dmesg, from the rt2500-pci module.
For example, my computer is open for 10 min and in attachement, you'll see the
dmesg.

screen off when I close.

With the kernel update of Februar, 13th 2008 the repository Nvidia driver can't
be used.
The X-org crash handler can't use the nv driver too.
I have to run "dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg" to select "nv" and reboot to use
free nvidia drivers.

I know there's no info about this problem in the log, I don't think that the
problem come from gnome-screensaver.
I can't still turn my screen off, despite it turns black after 10 min with the
screensaver...

Well, I opened a discussion about it on the french ubuntu forum

I though I was the only one to have this problem but it seems not.
Since I upgraded my laptop HP nx6310 from 7.04 to 7.10 (after formatting
earlier installation)
