I experienced the same issue. My bluetooth headset did not switch
automaticaly from A2DP to HSP/HFP on a ubuntu 18 with a pulseaudio 11.1
By setting a bluetooth switch policy more aggressiv it fixes this issue.
You can do so by modifying the file /etc/pulse/default.pa

Hi Christian, Sorry for late reply.
I still have the issue.
In fact the issue is back every time I reboot.
I fix it by restart apparmor:
$ virsh list --all
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor
error: End of file while reading data: Erreur d'entrée/sortie
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/appar
I have the same issue.
And the modification of /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirtd as described in
previous message fix the issue.

I think the extension system might be confused by downgrading versions.
Try running the following command in a terminal :
rm -r ~/.config/banshee-1/addin-db-001/
This will delete the folder used by Banshee's extension system. This
will not delete any of your data, but the extensions will go back
