When there's a reminder for an event, it shows both as a normal gnome
shell notification and additionally with the window that pops up. I'm
guessing that the notification is from gnome-calendar and the wi
this problem no longer exists on cosmic, gnome-terminal 3.30.1-1ubuntu1.

When logged in to the Gnome session, proxy settings don't seem to work.
I am using a SOCKS proxy set up through ssh (I connect to the remote
system with 'ssh -D 1080' and then set the socks proxy to
localhost:1080). Chrome and Firefox behave as if nothing is the matter,
but a

a related issue, but not exactly the same one. This bug seems to be that
the "show menu bar" options makes no sense in an environment such as

The default volume setting for the plugin seems to be the gconf key
/apps/totem/volume. If the key isn't present I get a default volume of

moved from intrepid to jaunty. since no developer ever seems to have

Turning KMS on fixes this bug for me, introduces tearing. It also seems
to introduce freezes, though as Emmanuel Touzery wrote, it's hard to
know whether or not there would have been freezes without KMS.
radeon.agpmode=-1 fixes the tearing, but I'm still getting occasional
freezes.

There's a bug in debian which seems to be preventing CD support from
showing up in audacious.
Someone submitted a patch in January but it's just sitting there...
guess it's back to xmms for me (again).

I don't see that in the indexer log. In fact, the indexer is not running
when this happens. I can also confirm that (for me anyhow) this is the
same as Debian bug #521380; it seems like trackerd is in a tight polling
loop for some reason.
