No I cannot, at least not intentionally. It happened one other time
shortly after Like I mentioned my system was idol while I was pre
occupied with other things.
It looks like there was an update to glib2 since then (which may or may
not had anything to do with it) and that has not happened sin

did you format the partitions you were installing to or was the previous
install (working or not) directories erased?
I noticed similar outputs from ubiquity when I erased the old install
when re-installing.

After comparing the ubiquity syslog from this and the other bug Alex filed this
is not a problem with the software but rather the storage device that it was
being installed on. A lot of read errors, time outs:

After disabling / removing an account in empathy it gives me the error that it
cannot connect to the Telepathy account manager on next login. See picture
attached
Logging out and back on makes it recreate / re-enable the account without
consent and works fine after.

Lubuntu 12.4 failed installation for me. I had over 10 Gb in / and over
10 Gb in /home. Maybe my 2Gb swap space was too small? /boot was just
under 50 Mb from memory - maybe that was the issue? My RAM is 512Mb if
I remember rightly.

Also happens with Rhythmbox when I scan in a new folder via samba on one

This just happened to me in 12.04 Precise. I accidently click on move
to trash in Rhythmbox so I right clicked on the trash can on the Unity
sidebar and it gave me this exact error.
On a side note I never emptied the trash but when I went into Nautilus
immediatly after I right clicked on the fil

the workaround, APR released 1.4.6 which has the fix
in it:
http://www.apache.org/dist/apr/CHANGES-APR-1.4
So updating to 1.4.6 will resolve any corruption issues in svn (due to
this issue).

Tried installing from USB. Each time with install media codecs option
selected on. This is the first install where the bug report popped up
after the fact. Rebooting results in a nothing system.

I think using the locate command as an intermediate solution to this
problem is sensible. However, the locate command does not find files
within an encrypted home directory (one of the many things that
encrypted homes break), so this will continue to be a problem for many
users.
