Binary package hint: network-manager-vpnc
The version of network-manager-vpnc that was included with Ubuntu 8.10
is a beta version that has a known bug of not properly importing cisco
pcf files. The issue is that passwords do not import and obfuscated
passwords are not decry

The Banshee developers have worked on this. There is a patch that needs
to be applied, perhaps Ubuntu could apply this patch to their deb files?

Here is a copy of the patch file that fixes the issue:

I just added the patch to the Ubuntu source files for Banshee v.1.4.3
and it worked. Firefly prompts for a password now and lets me in. Just
so others know in case they are thinking about trying the patch in the
meantime.

Sometimes when I attempt to use the seek bar on a song that I am
listening to, rhythmbox starts playing another seemingly random song
from my library. I disabled the "Watch my library for files" option and
this seemed to help but it still happen
