[Bug 1153218] [NEW] Fn keys mute but will not unmute

Public bug reported: I have Lubuntu 12.10 I tried to install PulseAudio as I wanted to have a graphic equaliser. I was unable to find the control panel for it. I had to uninstall as my Fn /F keys muted but would not unmute I had to use speaker icon and untick mute. It still will not work. **
