Hi colleagues.
After upgrade to 10.04 from 9.10 my computer doesn't shut down. You can
select and accept the option under GNOME but it doesn't shut down.
lsb_release -rd

lucid doesn't shut down completely
Same output. I hope my comment helps to fix it. The .vmx and .vmdk are
under the same directory.
$vmware2libvirt -f ./Windows\ XP\ Professional.vmx Windows\ XP\
Professional.xml
WARN: '/media/DATA/MV/c:\MV\Windows XP Professional.vmdk' does not exist
