I am having a huge memory leak on my 64 bits system using either tcpdump or
dumpcap. Soon after the process is started, it starts eating all the memory is
swapping. In a few seconds, without much network traffic, I get 1 GB of memory
eaten.
So I think the bug is still here with Ubuntu 10.10, tho
Same thing here. After a package upgrade, Kontact stopped working
because akregator was crashing. removing the ~/.kde/share/apps/akregator
did allow the application to start without crashing.
Akregator back trace is as follow (This is akregator 1.6.5 with KDE
4.5.1 on Ubuntu 10.10 running on amd64
And what's weired is that pinging is allowed on my server, so I don't
know what Evolution is actually trying to do...

I do not have fedora so i could not see that. But the longer the more it
seems to be a very big issue in ubuntu. perhaps fedora just blacklisted
the oss emu by default settings but is it just easy to reenable it by
removing them from blacklist or adding them to modprobe mod
xer
. But I still did not found this patched version compiled for amd64 or
the latest modified source to compile this myself. It seems to be called
tvtime version 1.0.2-8sr... in ubuntu there is still version 1.0.2-6.

Sorry to say but tvtime gnome radio most of pci tv cards are just NOT
working with pulse audio. Oh you can use sox and that stuff, But like
said before it is very processor consuming, Causes delays (even with

compiled for amd64 oss included and it does work. (the oss emu work's )

The problem is that the developpers from sound section, Dissabled all
oss emulation into kernel. This because they try (and this is not easy)
to let work everyrhing true pulse audio oss. Many persons already
informed them that :

After some more testing, it appears it is the File menu which overrides
my existing systray icon menu. I don't think the File menu should be
forced on the systray icon if it already has a menu.
Also, I managed to get the global menu to be shown by doing as follows:
