I have tried it does activate the sound.
But it is too low to really be useful. It also sounds as though the
highs and lows are missing. I have adjusted various mixer items (master,
front, pcm, etc.)

xorg.conf settings do not affect the trackpad on the latest MacBook
(Santa Rosa version). Gsynaptics will not load. Qsynaptics complains
that the synaptics driver is not loaded.
Trackpad has basic functionality, but accuracy is poor and
scrolling/tapping are not functional.

I don't know if it's the same problem or not, but I am finding it
impossible to share folders in either direction between OSX 10.4 and
Feisty.
I have a Powerbook and a MacBookPro that have no trouble sharing with
each other or with Windows, but they cannot share with Feisty, nor can

I have an unsecured wifi network with a Linksys WRT54G router, and a

Edgy will not connect to the network through the expander -- it will
