I installed the 3.4 Kernel, but i'm unable to have the Nvidia driver
working...
It is now disabled, and no update or installation can be done without error.
Some advice ?

Adding INIT_HALT = POWEROFF to /etc/default/halt did not solve my problem. The
only thing that seems to work for me is to use a different kernel and not use
any Nvidia drivers.

As Drbono1313 tested the upstream kernel, i updated bug's status
