Mouse clicks stops working randomly. Logout/login solves the problme

I have the same problem with lithuanian (LT,

The problem reproduces when you fix it and reboot computer.
At this point you "can change layout" with mouse(by clicking on keyboard
indicator) but the letters are the same as with ol

to get sound back I need to execute #shutdown -h now command. Otherwise(reboot
or by reset) it doesn't recover.

Seems like sound is muted, but volume controls are on 100%.
One interesting symptom: when I plug in ac adapter, i hear PC beep and sound
from xmms(or other audio app). But for 1sec.
I think, the problem is with controlling sound levels.
