Followed these instructions, but they made no difference.
Attached are two Wireshark traces of the communications with the
printer. One shows unsuccessful output from Adobe Reader and the other
successful output of the same document using Evince.

attempt to upgrade to saucy failed early with segfault

Downloaded 12.10 ISO to check video compatibility. Then started install
to upgrade 12.04 system. Backed out of install at user name input stage.
Install programming crashed. Then tried to book 12.04 from hard disk.
This went into Busy box. Rebooted 12.10. The option to upgrade

set to restart automatically at midnight, which will provide definite
confirmation.)

package likewise-open failed t
With "classic" desktop and four columns and one row of workspaces, I
find that a window close to the left-hand edge of workspace 1 disappears
from the workspace switcher view when I click on workspace 4 in the
switcher. (It is still displayed after clicking on workspaces 2 and 3.)

This problem appears to have been resolved in the released version (or a
Beta update). sbackup is currently working reliably.
