For Israel, the only weather stations available are in Tel-aviv and Haifa. the
weather for the city of Jerusalem is missing although there are 2 automatic
weather stations in the city. the stations are:

UTF 8 file names inside ZIP files doesn't appear right

the main Zip file is containing 2 other Zip files, that in their turn contain a
few other Zip files.
all the names of the files (the main one and the ones inside) are in Hebrew
(UTF8). the main files - the name is displayed correctly in Nautilus. but when
i try to open the files all the Zip
