installer options for encrypted filesystem and encrypted home?

If I switch workspaces with the Workspace Switcher in the bottom panel, I don't
get the top panel (except on Desk 1). If I switch with the Compiz Cube
(mousewheel up and down) I do see the top panel.

I have this bug too. In "desk 1" I have a top panel and bottom panel. In Desk
2 thru 4 I have an invisible top panel. If I add another panel, it comes in on
the right. If I change its properties to top, it comes in as if below an
invisible top panel.
I have been experimenting with new settin
