since Kubuntu 24.04 LTS, my screen resolution always changing to the
wrong configuration and Hz if i switch off the monitor. And the plasma
panel moves to the top of the monitor.
Normaly i have 5120x1440 with 120Hz. So after switch off and on again, i
get 3840x1080 with 100Hz

Sorry Pedro,
My system broke down afterwards and I ended up reinstalling from fresh.
So I don't have any upgrade logs to post relevant to the bug, since those logs
where lost with the reinstall.
