I checked and llvm-5.0-runtime and llvm-5.0-dev are also installed.
Maybe there is a way to install llvm-config for llvm-5.0 separately?

No this issue did not start happening after an update/upgrade. This was
always present since I booted Ubuntu onto this laptop.
I tested the latest v4.19 kernel. The laptop did not wake up from

At first, the system couldn't recognize any Wifi network.
Tried the rtlwifi_new. Now, the wifi does connect, but only withing a
range of 1M from router's antenna. The connection drops are very

I have applied proxy settings system wide via settings - network - manual
proxy - apply system wide.
After setting the proxy, my web browsers are redirecting traffic however, the
vpn applications like cisco anyconnect and Network manager's openconnect GUI
does not route
My 2 cents on this dreaded wifi+bt card.
My system: Lenovo Flex 2 - intel i5 + 8GB RAM
Ubuntu version: 15.04 (clean install)
Previously when I was on 14.04 LTS, I had to create a rtl8723be.conf
file and add the options to make my system stable.
