distutils on focal 20.04 is only avaidable for python3.8 and missing for
3.6 and 3.7. That makes it impossible to use virtualenv for them:

got it working by adding `brother3` to `/etc/sane.d/dll.conf` as the
driver is in `/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/sane/libsane-brother3.so` and
adding `usb 04f9 0255` to `/etc/sane.d/brother.conf`.

I have the same problem with o2 "drillisch" (garman card) in a bq
Aquaris 4.5 Ubuntu Edition, traveling to belgium, spain, austria, czech
republic, croatian, slovenia. I expect it wouldn't work in any other
country either.
Everything seems to work fine, i see roaming and H or E and if i
activate
I got it again working by "disabling roaming" in the data connection.

I've activated the api in chrome://flags but even then i get no audio
recorded. Audio recoding works in Audacity so it has nothing to do with
my mic.
