even if i know how to assign shortcut keys,
it'll be great if there's a default assignment. something that 'just works'
whenever i press the button.
it feels like home
just like you can press Ctrl-D on (almost) any browser on (almost) any OS to
bookmark.
and it just works.
and it feels great
same thing here. the latest updated hardy.
i do:
sudo tasksel remove xubuntu-desktop
and it also remove skype opera ssh server and many many more that i install
before xubuntu-desktop is installed.
almost everything but the shell is gone...

same problem with indonesian mirror: id.archive.ubuntu.com
i'm tired with support calls that people cant install many stuffs,
even the most basic one like flashplugin-nonfree will give 404 error not found.
temporary fix: change to other indonesian mirror: dl2.foss-id.web.id

just today i try to remove few packages and see that aptitude and also
apt-get fail to remove what i want to remove:
:~$ sudo aptitude purge gnome-core

also tried re-install and then remove again. still same problem.
tried using all these:

first i installed ff3. then after found that i do not like it very much,
i install ff2 without removing ff3.
so now i got ff2 and ff3 on the same system. both runs ok. flash & java
plugins works ok.
then i install few addons:

imho, saying firefox-2 lightweight web browser based on Mozilla [universe] is
very not true...
it used up tens if not hundred megs of ram and it run slow like snail on any
cpu < 1ghz.

sudo /etc/init.d/dbus restart
