I Did this again today. Answering 'no' get you to the menu below where I unchecked /dev/dm-0 and checked the /dev/vda. Then I was able to finish successfully and boot into 14.04.1 ###The menu that appeared after 'no' GRUB failed to install to the following devices: /dev/dm-0 The grub-pc package
