[Bug 311093] [NEW] totem movie player or anything that is playing movie files on hard drive is flashing back and forth

Public bug reported: Binary package hint: totem its not only the totem but anything that plays on the computer (video) is like choppy. Well i dont think the movie is choppy, but it is playing smoothly, BUT black screen keeps flashing back and forth while movie or some kind of visualizer is playin
