Here is a picture of where my system is stuck while entering hibernation
mode. After that, nothing happen during at least the 6 next hours. It's
not frozen as I can see notifications when I plug and unplug USB
devices.

Anyway, I made the neccessary change to my 45-tuxdroid.rules, but it doesn't
help.
My deamons aren't launch :/
Here is to ouput of udevmonitor when I plug my USB device :
udevmonitor will print the received events for:
UDEV the event which udev sends out after rule

It's was not udev bug.
As Scott James Remnant pointed out, the 45-tuxdroid.rules I used were for an
older kernel. So I just had to update it.
