This is a remnant of 1.2.4 config. To get rid of it, please remove
manually the offending line in ~/.gnome2/gnome-commander

The reported problem was fixed in the latest release (1.2.5). The
solution is not to use gnome-terminal for SHIFT+ENTER. Please set
options|programs|terminal to:
xterm -hold -e %s
BTW, SHIFT+ENTER executes command in launched terminal and leaves it
open allowing to see the output.
