mainline kernel 3.18-rc3 work for me (with standard SDHC card, 16Go)

So, I tested with two fingers scrolling active (multitouch capacity), WHITOUT
workaround, this kernels:
-v3.17-rc1-utopic (2 weeks testing)
-v3.17-rc7-utopic (just this wend testing)
I don't suffer erratic jump/selection, it's seems to be a good news !

to complet bug's description : I also found that if I restart the computer when
the cursor is crazy, the cursor is blocked in the middle of the screen (only

I uncomment rtsx_pci in in /etc/modprobe.d/rtsx_blacklist.conf, because I
blacklisted rtsx_pci before (see step 5 in the present bug description
workaround) when I used rts-bpp with ubuntu 14.04 kernel.

yes, it's affect too some of the others applications witch use GTk.
open office : no problem (but it's no a pure gtk-application)
I installed empathy-gnome to test : same problem.
i tried to change gtk style (I have changed oxygen-gtk to QTcurve) : same
problem but some differences.
with QTcurve
no change when
- change theme in firefox 4
- change theme in oxygen decorator
- disable effect in kwin
only firefox had this problem
