I've been using my laptop for 2 years and never had this problem. Then I enabled two-finger scrolling and I had an occurrence of this bug. Switching run levels restored the touchpad operation. Running Mint 14 and MATE but on an older kernel 3.2.0-23_generic. -- You received this bug
