I prepared the latest kubuntu.iso with uck with much changes. Installed gdm.
Use KDE. Edit the /etc/skel etc. Adding some users.
When i want to install the prepared live image with Kubuntu-Installer, the
installer stucked at partion/format the hdd drive. I dont know, how to

touchscreens and throw the package away, that is optimized for that.

Yesterday, I'v got a net Notebook Dell Latitude E6510 with Intel GPU.
I have installed maverik (10.10) Alpha-3, with the latest updates

and I have also the Blank Screen, the VESA workaround works!

10.04 amd64 Desktop edition using KVM.

Why not just get rid of the steppers? Many community themes have done
so. Newer platforms such as Android and iPhone OS have also done so.
Does anyone use steppers?

This error occurs on my system only if i plug in the networkcable. The
cablenetwork is not going 'on', and the error occurs when turning off
the wireless-network-option.

I am the original poster of # 425312. As I needed the connection, I switched
back to jaunty for the time being. Today I just installed the lucid-daily and
the card now is recognized and I can connect to my network. So for me, the
problem is solved in Lucid.

I have (I think) the same problem on a Jaunty 64bit. I was wondering why
I did not get any new Emails the last few days from any POP3 accounts
(Hotmail, web.de, gmail). Now Pidgin today notified me of a new mail in
Hotmail, I went to Evolution to fetch it, it said it was getting the
