If I launch nm-connection-editor from the terminal I get the following
line after clicking on Apply after the configuration:

I just installed the same daily build and the problem persists.
nm-applet doesn't crash but still won't connect to a wpa network.
Syslog still says:

I'm having the same bug. The indicator-applet-session crashes every time
on gnome startup. Then, if it is reloaded, all works well. Apport
refuses to produce a bug report, saying: "The program crashed on an
assertion failure, but the message could not be retrieved"

The same happens to me.
Xsplash is installed, infact I see the loading screen after the xserver is
started. Instead I can't see the white ubuntu logo at shutdown. I can see it
only if I logout from gnome and then I shut down from gdm.

I installed an old version of nm-applet (the one from jaunty). And now I
can connect without any problem. So I think the problem is in one of the
last updates of nm-applet.

Binary package hint: network-manager
After the 13th of September updates I can't connect anymore to my university
wireless network using network manager. I can connect without any problem ti
unprotected or WEP protected networks.
The university network is WPA2 EAP-TLS prote
I experience the same bug.
