Mount all should not depend on Plymouth, but should detect if it is
running and us it if it is available.

Have the same problem with and en8500.
vbetool works but vesa driver does not.
The nVidia driver (from nVidia) works as well.
I would also like to point out the the vgacon driver
(drivers/video/console/vgacon.c) in the 2.6.30 kernel also fails to
"suspend" the monitor.
