Edit: this command solved the issue for me. It let me reconfigure my keyboard
setup, similar to how it's done during ubuntu installation.
All is back to normal now.
sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration

Same here, unable to change the keyboard layout.
Ubuntu 14.04.2, Unity, 64 bit.
The indicator shows Be, which is correct, but the actual layout is
wrong. Checked / changed system settings several times, un/installed
languages, disabled and re-enabled ibus, did a systemupdate, logged out

Same here. Using Ubuntu 13.04 Raring, 64bit on my laptop.
Tried to modify first 13.04 64bit, then 12.04.02 64bit.
Not in production, just for testing purposes.

screen and link to "Learn More". After "leaving" HTML5, it plays as
expected. Firefox browser does not have this issue.

Update: issue not better in Raring's final release. Additionally, after
I mounted a partition and click its icon in the Unity launchbar, it
behaves the same as described earlier. Totem mediaplayer opens, instead
of Nautilus filemanager.
