i get a faulty drive message so i throw in a new drive to replace a
perfectly fine drive .
and the boot loader crashes at the same spot step 5 so i bought a new
drive for nothing , or i now have dual hard drives :)
i need to figure this out

keyboard backligh
this is very strange , i did a boot timed the turning on just right and
made my boot loader freeze when the light stayed on the pc would not
boot . So after some time has passed i turned off the light and let my
pc boot

the update manager says note enough disc space but I have a TB hard
drive space is not a issue i have made a fresh install of Ubuntu 9.04
from a ubuntu factory disc. But I am so far behind all these wonderfull
updates so the manager gives up .

At first two days ago it would say error not enough space but now it
pops up and just freezes when I choose to install ?This is on Ubuntu
9.04 . This is only on this set of updates it was working fine before .
