What do you mean by “proposed” kernel ? I compiled kernel via the linux-
source of my ubuntu 14.04 LTS, version of the kernel is 3.13.0-48 (using
“uname -r”) and the sources of btusb.c file doesn’t contain the patch, I
had to patch the code myself.

I’m not able to confirm this works right now, I’m having hard time
recompiling kernel modules. I just tried yesterday, as I haven’t got
much time so far. I will send an update as soon as I succeeded in

please ? I think it’s not a good idea to just patch our btusb module
