I just updated to the openssh-server_5.3p1-3ubuntu5 package for a Lucid
instance, and now I can't get SSH to start. Or, rather, I'm running
into what Jan mentioned above, with the respawning/terminating loop that
eventually results in init deciding that SSH isn't going to start, and
giving up. So
Last time I had updated packages before this was on 09/20, so it seems
like it is affected by something that changed between 09/20 and 09/27.

I'm seeing the same thing on Jaunty now, as of my more recent update
from package repositories on 09/27/2009. Affecting all instances I'm
running in EC2.
