I followed the test steps.
Results are in the attachement.
HP-LIP does not recognize my printer which is connected to a Belkin
Print Server at address lpd://192.168.2.253/lp1
Installing this printer with the CUPS webinterface is succesful.

I was able to get this bug again on an other machine.
On my laptop I have a fresh install of Xubuntu.
I installed Ubuntu with sudo aptitude install ubuntu-desktop.
During the install several dependency problems arouse.
I continued with the installation, logged out of Xubuntu and tried to login to

Also I discovered this problem. A workaround to solve it is to create
the symbolic link kdevelop to the kdevelop3 folder under
/usr/share/apps/
On my opinion it's a mistake in the compiling and/or configuration
process
ln -s /usr/share/apps/kdevelop3 /usr/share/apps/kdevelop
