This bug effects Ubuntu 21.04 and even the mainline kernel 5.12 too. My

enlighten me, how this can be fixed? I found some hints, that there
might me an old version of the library libbabl in /usr/local be causing
the problem, but does not seem to be the case:

saving options and this script hat the following line:

Since I deleted this line the problem does not occur anymore. I had this option

May be that he bug occurs only with Asus motherboards. I have tow
machines with same Ubuntu and kernel an only the Asus Zenbook has that
bug. But I guess, that the problem is related with some power saving
options of the kernel. Because it seems only to occur when my computer
runs on battery.

to change the compiz configuration for all my 12 workplaces telling
everyone that due to a bug he has to get used to a new effect. Desktop
cube with this bug became unfortunately unusable, this flickering drives

I have the same problem. I am using sshfs often to mount some remote
discs on my local machine. When ever the network connection to one of
the remote machines from which I had mounted something, nautlilus hangs.
It does not react any more in any manner. So the only thing that gets me
out of that
I can confirm big problems fglrx and new compiz version. I am using a
Radeon 4200 onboard device. But I cant confirm that disabling the v-sync
option in CCSM and compiz increases the situation. Its rather the
opposite. With this option disabled I have to wait some seconds until a
