hi,
6 monthes has passed, several updates and upgrades, and still the same
bug happens... I'm thinking on recompiling the kernel to tweak some
bluetooth related features, but I'd prefer not to have to do so...
There's a reason I'm using ubuntu instead of slackware...

I reinstalled ubuntu, and still nothing better. I had again the system
freeze with no output in logs, with wired keyboard leds blinking. So now
I'm pretty sure it's not related to X, it's not related to just an
upgrade of the system, it's the bluetooth stack in Hardy that is bogus.
Please giv
I tried, but when I've done "sudo hidd --search", the kernel crashes
just after the device gets connected.

Hi,
first, my system is :
- AMD XP3200+ x2, with 2GB RAM, SATA hd and broadcom usb/bluetooth dongle.
- Apple wireless keyboard (the old white plastic one) and apple wireless
mighty mouse.
I have Ubuntu Hardy Heron updated to 8.04.1. It's originally a 6.06 install
upgrade
