I compiled kernel 2.6.18 from sources. Now i haven't this problem.
This problem is caused by kernel 2.6.17 (ahci drivers?).

I have got motherboard based on m1697 chipset. Boot sequence is very
long, becouse on each empy sata port system is waiting for timeout . For
sata port connected to my hard drive all is ok.
