The 5.13.0-20 kernel works on this XPS 13 9310, but you may have to disable/ enable the device in BIOS (Connectivity -> WLAN and UEFI WiFi stack) before it appears again. Also possible that full power cycle does the job but haven't tried that yet. The exact sequence of steps required to
