this has affected me too - 32bit upgraded via 'update-manager -d'
yesterday and only official cairo-dock packages used

as an update, it seems that 'blkid /dev/mdX' and 'mdadm --detail --scan'
disagree about the UUIDs for my RAID array
I wonder if this may contribute to the problem? and if so, how did it
happen? and how would I synchronise them again?
