Changes commited to SVN to correct the bug. I couldn't get Oneiric to
work on my machine but I checked the rest of the code for it.
If there are other problems can you email me? I will try to get Oneiric
going on another machine.

This is especially important for netbooks. Bought a Dell preloaded with
Ubuntu on an SSD and later upgraded to netbook remix 10.0. Lack of trim
support is a major disappointment with the release, given how well the
little thing runs, now. Not about to start playing with alternate

I don't really see an EULA as a huge deal when you first run Firefox.
Windows are used to them, for sure.
However, I do see it as a very bad precedent, the start of a slippery
slope. Once you start giving in to what is really a ridiculous demand,

When attempting to install from alternate CD, the installer fails to
mount the cdrom. A dialog allows manually choosing a driver, but the
only option is 'cdrom'. Running 'check cd media' results in the same
thing.

I like the idea of making the dialog boxes 'louder' as the requested
privilege escalates. The 'cancel/allow' option is a terrible idea though
(see win-Vista), people will just get used to clicking on 'allow' to get
their game going. Password input should always be required.
