So far i had no problem with the one provided on the realtek site (
Ver.15) with the kernel 2.6.31.20 x64. Didn't try it really hard but it
is obvious that its working on battery nowfinally! ;)

Hi all,
Try I've remove the LPS options from the makefile. Instead of just the network
that is going down its the whole thing. Kernel panic each time. What is weird
is that its not only with the LPS option on or off, I've manage to reproduce it
