I am having issues loading certain websites such as linkedin.com and
portions of google sites including images.google.com, hotmail.com login,
etc. After looking through some logs and such I've determined that
resolved is not properly following CNAMEs to an IP address. Querying
> apt-cache policy kde-spectacle
kde-spectacle:

Issue : When attempting to take a rectangular region screenshot with my
4k (3840x2160) monitor on the left and my 1200p (1900x1200) monitor on
the right, spectacle first messes up the display views and then presents
the rectangle tool. The view from my right monitor is display
I'm running Kubuntu 15.10 and had the same problem. Following the advise
in post #10 solved it for me too.
