After running for several hours it begins to stop flushing itself from
memory, and its footprint gets up to 1GB in size, and this is true even
after the program is told to clear the history.

Thanks allot Balint, pressing alt and holding while clicking the window
does allow me to relocate the form so I can see all of the controls.

The Capture Options window does not re-size so you can't see all the
controls on the form, and it falls through the bottom of the desktop off
the screen.
