To get Ubuntu booting every time you can disable the splash screen in
the kernel parameter or hit ESC while Ubuntu is showing the splash
screen. With this booting won't stuck.

There are now two strange behaviours:
1a. DragDrop a file from Desktop (even from an open Nautilus window ) to
launcher: Only programs with according mimes are highlighted.

In the configuration dialog we have only one field to specify a shared folder.
With freerdp one can specify unlimites shared folders, e.g.

This is an old bug but the issue remains if mounting homefolder with cifs.
If unix extensions are not enabled in samba pulseaudio cannot create a symlink
to /tmp.

1. I uninstalled Libreoffice and reinstalled Openoffice and presenter-console
from Repo → its working.

Now I'm a bit confused: After a reboot the presenter console works.
Maybe it helps to sudo apt-get purge openoffice*.* to make a clean
OpenOffice uninstall (i didnt this the first time - only made the

On a EliteBook 8540w with 2.6.33 I did
