Yes, I couldn't agree more. I'm trialling Kubuntu 16.04.1 (Qt 5.5.1).
The Icons-only Task Manager is a pale shadow of what it is in KDE4. I've
been hoping for an improvement ever since I tried K15.04 but it still
sucks. The range of settings in KDE4 is so far superior to what we have
in Plasma5.

Same here. Dell Inspiron 1501, I get the hang after suspend problem
after my upgrade today to 16.04. Kernel 4.4.0.31. Thanks to BretAB
above-hopefully at least changing my settings to Never, under turn
screen off when inactive, will 'solve' this issue until it's actually
solved.

be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cloud-

While we work on this bug I would suggest removing the click manually like
explained here:

And, the installed click has no launchable app, and the click has been
removed from the store, so it shouldn't show up in store results.
Interesting chicken and egg problem.
Perhaps we should add an "Installed" section to the store scope.
