This issue was caused by a conflict between the new JSON module in elixir 1.18.0 and the vendored JSON module in the rmq source. My fix is a workaround that renames the vendored module to JSONOLD to avoid this conflict - the Elixir version is not a drop in replacement for the built in version. **
