I still can't connect to both of my wireless routers (Thomson tg784 and La

If I reboot them, I'm able to connect to them, almost instantly. After that,
I'm unable to connect again.

I had a similar problem when I upgraded from hardy to intrepid on my fonero

I reported the problem here:

Now I'm using a different router.
It was never solved.

Bugs,
From what I've read in several internet sources, I don't think this is related
to FON AP's.
I think it's either related to a kernel bug or the new NetworkManager in Ubuntu
8.10.
And also specific with to using WPA/WAP2 and that Intel driver and a few other
drivers.

Solved.
This is not a bug. At least, not with this application.
I solved this problem by solving another problem that I was having.
I was unable to move files to trash. I did some investigating, and i saw some

toshiba p100 series dsdt acpi error no sound, works with acpi turned
Hi,
I've a couple of questions unanswered that trouble me. which are:
1. How do I upgrade the bios, if I only have Linux? Any ideas?
2. Why isn't the kernel compiled with INTEL_HDA support?
TIA
--
toshiba p100 series dsdt acpi error no sound, works with acpi turned off.
Those instructions are for DOS bootable BIOS.
The latest BIOS is only available in Windows upgrade setup.
But I did it. :-)
I used a Windows Live CD Mini PEĀ² XT. Before booting up, I inserted the USB
stick with BIOS update.
Then I went to Windows Explorer, executed the EXE file and voila.
