You can probably just close this. I am not using the machine any more and
then one that I have bought I am running either Mandriva 2008 on it or
desktopbsd so will not be running Ubuntu or Kubuntu on this again.

Hi there
Could be possible that you test this issue under gutsy?.
I have not used it in a while since my system is no longer supported. I
am sure that it has been fixed though but I have no way of testing it.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there
I did not say that I was not dealing with people with a mac. I meant
the Ubuntu was not doing updates for those that have a Mac so I have no
way to test any updates since all the updates that Ubuntu is releasing
are for Windows machines only.

I have not tried since then as all the updates have been for a Windows
system and not the Mac any more so I gave up trying. It is probably
fixed though but since they gave up on the Mac I gave up on them.

Hopefully this probably can be fixed as the release candidate has the
same exact problem. I chose the right keyboard and then when it comes
to typing in my name most of the keys do not work so no way to type in
any thing. I am selecting US English so this should be fine. I do not
know why this
I can not import any files. I try to import cd's and it fails each time

Do you still have this with 0.11.1-0ubuntu2? Can you try to find the
file on which it fails to import or does this happen on all files?

I tried to launch the program again this morning and it failed to
launch. I had a cd in the drive at the time. I did not have this
problem with the older version. It would not import any cd's but that
was ok since I used another program to do this.

Got a fatal error when trying to import
I forgot to mention that I am using the power pc version of this
program. It only seems to be happening with kubuntu as edgy 3 worked
fine but as soon as I upgraded I was unable to login. I then downloaded
the beta and tried it but it also failed on the keyboard as most of the
keys would not

downloaded and tried to install the beta version for Kubuntu. It
recognized my keyboard but when it went to typing in my name it did
not recognize any of the keys that were pressed. I do not know how it
went from reconizing it

I never got the message but I did upgrade from the 3 update to what ever

I am having the same problem with edgy. When I use pon dsl-provider it
just times out. It can not do the PADS discovery. I can not do the
