I install also the bluez package but the command hcid is not availeble
in this package anymore. Do you know how its possible?

Yes, it was replaced by the bluez package. Install that one. :)

I Install bluez-utils on the kernel 2.6.27-4-server with apt-get , Linux
version: intrepid with the standard apt-get source files. But the
current package does not excist completly.
Only this files contain the current bluez-utils package:
