Same here with Mint 8 printing from Okular over a network to a Brother
laser printer: it 'prints' a blank first page then sucks it back in and
prints the document on the reverse side, regardless of duplex settings.
I also get the failure to print multiple copies.

I have many radio shows in MP3 format, and the title of these usually
includes the date of the show, the name of the show, and the title of
that particular episode, e.g.
