See the sequence:
# /etc/init.d/courier-pop-ssl stop
* Stopping Courier POP3-SSL server...
[ ok ]
# /etc/init.d/courier-pop-ssl restart
* Restarting Courier POP3-SSL server...
Bug confirmed for me too.
I had my system broken since 3 days ago, only in text terminal (no kde). I was
quite pessimistic about the solution, but waited and kept searching the web,
and finally found it.
Thanks for the post, that really fixed my system!

apt-get broken after upgrade to edgy
Public bug reported:
As seen on the rosetta-users mailing list, reported by Daniel Nylander:
In the module gfxboot-theme-ubuntu there are some strings regarding
the word disk.
According to me (and others), disk = hard drive, disc = (compact) disc.
There are numerous strings who are a bit
they
think.

I still have this problem with a HP Pavilion ze2397ea AMD64.
Initially it powered off correctly, but with the first round of updates after
installing dapper, the problem appeared again. I don't know which package
should I downgrade, and I don't know either if this could be possible by a
matter
Claudio, what do you mean with point directly to the printers?

Somebody should do that otherwise no catalian translation in evince in
Ubuntu.
OK, but in the source code, there is the catalan po file translation,
then the problem is between Evince project and Rosseta.
Thanks,
Jordi.
